Finishing what I started.
What haven’t I finished you ask?
Well a few things.
Most importantly my art degree! It’s so close I can taste it, if I had pica and ate paper that is. That piece of paper affirming that it took me five years to get a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Woodworking. I like wood yo and not in the dirty sense! There is an incredible sense of satisfaction, what once was a tree, turned into a rough piece of lumber that I picked out and lovingly carried back to the shop, decided what I would create, actually making something with my hands and turning out a piece of furniture or a sculpture or design. I am so glad that I chose to be an artist, following my heart into what I felt was right. My heart and soul creating little pieces of myself. A set of skills that will help me through out my lifetime, and a sense of confidence no one can take away from me.
The second being writing everyday this month.
still working on that.
