McFatty Monday on a Tuesday.

My goal this year is to walk 500 miles. I figure it would require me to get at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday, which is the general goal of working ones body out. However it is winter up here in the great state of Maine, so that means it is cold out and every fiber of my being rebels against the frigid temperatures

So I bundle us up and head out into the snow covered side walks. I need to average about 41 miles a month to stay on my goal. So for the next 10 days i have to average 2.8 miles. Totally doable.

It’s not about trying to loose weight for me even though I really should. The focus will be more on how I eat and how much exercise I get during the day. Sugar and white flour are a precious commodity and dreamed of hourly.

I look forward to a new year of finding out who I really am and what I enjoy before I can allow a new person into our lives.
