Baby Bear,
You are simply amazing! That’s all I can come up with. Everyday I wake up to your little face peering over the crib rails and a big grin showing off your two itty bitty teeth my heart warms all over again.

This month you have started waving and it’s the cutest thing ever. You caught me off guard and almost made me cry but I will never admit it. The coolest thing to do right now is crawl as fast as your baby self can carry you over to anything shiny or that you can pull yourself up on. I like to lay on the couch while you stand next to it and listen to music. You bounce up and down and smile like crazy! I love sitting on the floor and playing with you watching you manipulate objects and seeing your dexterity improve every day. I do not however appreciate getting whacked in the face with said toys.
Baby Bear, I must say eating is one of your fortes. You down purees like they are going out of style and any finger foods you can get your grubby baby hands on, often times using both hands to quickly scoop up handfuls of food and shove them in his mouth lest the food disappear. You are still on the lean side, but look well rounded with your chubby legs and arms!
Your hands and feet are always cold no matter how many layers you have on, I blame it for you being so big in the womb and they suffered as a result.
I love just looking over at you and you greet me with a smile only for me. When we are out and if I talk to you while you are being held by someone else you are usually fine and have no stranger anxiety. After awhile though you still lean over and reach for me.
Growing is hard work!
I can’t wait to watch you grow up into the most amazing person ever. I thank the universe every day for being able to be your mom and will never take it for granted.
